What you will receive:
52 page pdf, with 9 video links (unlisted YouTube vidoes that only course participants have access to)
The course is divided into 4 modules (intended to be completed over 1 lunar cycle; 1 module per week)
Journaling prompts and questions in each module to help you integrate the material
